The platform is designed for school administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Each role gets a tailored dashboard — school admins see the full system, teachers manage their classes, students track their progress, and parents stay updated on their child's performance.

While we built the platform specifically for the Pakistani education system — with PKR billing, local payment methods like JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and Urdu support — schools in other countries can also use it. The system is flexible enough to adapt to different curricula and fee structures.

Not at all. We designed Schools.com.pk to be intuitive for anyone who can use a smartphone or computer. We also provide onboarding support, video tutorials, and a dedicated support team to help you get started.

Just PKR 100 per student, per month. A 50-student school pays PKR 5,000/month and a 200-student school pays PKR 20,000/month — you only pay for the enrolled students you have. Starter and Professional plans share the same per-student rate and differ only in features; Enterprise (multi-branch networks) is custom priced. Annual billing saves you 2 months.

Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan so you can make an informed decision before committing.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and JazzCash/EasyPaisa for schools in Pakistan. Enterprise plans can also be invoiced annually with NET-30 terms.

Yes. Every registered school gets its own branded public website with pages for admissions, courses, fee structure, results, news, events, gallery, and contact information. The website is automatically generated and can be customized from your dashboard.

Yes. We offer dedicated mobile apps for teachers, students, and parents. Teachers can mark attendance and manage homework from their phones. Parents receive real-time notifications about attendance, fees, and results. Students can view their schedule and assignments on the go.

Yes. Our Enterprise plan supports multi-branch management. A main administrator can view and control all branches from a single dashboard, while branch administrators only see and manage their own branch's data.

Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans include integrated live classes with video, screen sharing, attendance tracking, recording, and student participation tools — no third-party video software needed.

Security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption, role-based access controls, automated daily backups, and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Each school's data is completely isolated from others in our multi-tenant architecture.

Enterprise plans include full API access for integrations with your existing systems. We also support webhooks, CSV imports/exports, and can work with your IT team on custom integrations if needed.
